The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants is seeking a Senior Specialist - Payroll Operations & Improvements for a 1-year FTC. You will lead payroll projects, manage system migrations, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across our global payroll landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' payroll experience in a Shared Services Centre or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements in US, UK, EMEA, APAC.

Responsabilités

• Lead payroll system migration programs, including parallel testing, data validation, and shaping functional requirements with partners.
• Evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation or standardisation opportunities.
• Review and resolve outstanding legacy issues across multiple pay periods and employee groups to maintain payroll accuracy.
• Be the backup processor for regional and high-complexity countries (including US), ensuring compliance with global policy and statutory requirements.
