Job Description :

  1. Payroll Preparation:
    • Manage and administer the company's payroll shared services, ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
    • Verify and reconcile monthly payroll figures.
    • Handle government-related matters (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
    • Manage personnel and HR-related tasks.
    • Control documents and data related to payroll.
    • Utilize SQL Payroll system effectively.
    • Manage time-bound processes and validate data for accuracy and integrity.
    • Ensure employee benefits and reimbursements comply with income-tax regulations.
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements :

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving license and transportation for work-related visits to government offices.
  • Minimum Secondary School education or higher.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Willing to work overtime and on public holidays.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
