Payroll Executive

We’re looking for a PAYROLL EXECUTIVE at Prasarana Malaysia Berhad.

Location: Petaling Jaya

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing?

1. Handle end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS, etc.).
3. Maintain payroll records and generate reports as needed.
4. Support audits and resolve payroll-related queries.
5. Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll and benefit-related matters.

What We're Looking For?

1. Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in payroll administration.
3. Proficient in payroll systems and Advanced MS Excel.
4. Meticulous, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
5. Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws is a plus.
