Job summary

A leading company in cable manufacturing is seeking an HR/Finance Staff member. The role involves monitoring attendance, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records. Ideal candidates are diploma holders, preferably with experience in Finance or HR, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitoring staff daily attendance, including late arrivals, absences, overtime, etc.
  • Preparing staff daily overtime reports
  • Processing month-end payroll transactions in the payroll system
  • Maintaining records of staff deductions and additions
  • Generating payroll reports
  • Managing the HRDC claim process
  • Recording staff training
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum diploma qualification; fresh graduates with a CGPA of 2.8 and above are encouraged to apply
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Finance or HR Department
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Good communication skills, passionate, able to work independently
  • Maintains a good work-life balance
  • Own transportation is required
