Payroll and Billing Officer - ID: 675834

Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.

Billing Processing: Prepare invoices, verify supporting documents, oversee billing procedures including invoicing and reconciliation, and handle customer inquiries.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, tax laws, and company policies related to payroll and billing.

Data Management: Maintain and update payroll and billing records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll and billing discrepancies promptly and efficiently.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll and billing, preferably internationally
  • Familiar with HRIS
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Experience with Hong Kong payroll is a plus
  • Work schedule aligned with Hong Kong payroll and billing schedule
