Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Application Testing Executive (AT Executive) in Pastry to ensure finished pastry products meet quality and taste expectations. You will perform testing, weigh ingredients, and report findings under established guidelines.

Responsibilities include assisting in pastry production for client demos, maintaining hygiene, and coordinating with QC/QA/R&D teams to uphold Halal standards and product integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or SPM in culinary, food service or hotel management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform application testing of finished pastry products per work instructions.
• Measure and weigh foods; conduct basic tests of food.
• Report findings from tests to QA/QC.
• Provide recommendations to improve quality and taste.
• Assist in pastry production for presentations or demos.
• Receive and inspect goods for quantity, Halal certification and quality.
• Ensure FIFO storage and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all areas.
• Communicate politely with customers and clients.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.
• Work as part of a team and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
• Report customer complaints and incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with QC, QA & R&D teams.
