Qualifications

Job description

Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Pastry Chef to join our kitchen in Nusajaya.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them want to come back for seconds, thirds, and so forth.

Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:

  • Possess minimum Certificates/ Vocational/ Diploma
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in either hotels or restaurants
  • Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts
  • Positive and inviting attitude
  • Enjoy working around children and adults
  • Passionate about food!
  • Self-motivated and able to work with the team
  • Must have valid Typhoid, Food Handlers Certificate, and Vaccination Certificate (2 doses + Booster)

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of professional chefs to prepare daily meals
  • Manage inventory control system
  • Work responsibly and independently
  • Maintain great physical condition
  • Learn new recipes, processes, and techniques
