1. Managing and objectives setting, coaching, motivating, and performance monitoring of parts sales personnel, including branches (Bintulu, Sibu & Kuching).
2. Gather customer database and analyze customer and market needs. The main target sectors are transporter, oil palm plantation, timber company, forwarding company, forklift, tractor, and generator prospects.
3. Manage customer visit schedules and compile weekly visiting reports.
