Overview

Urus Kota Security Services Sdn Bhd is expanding its operations in the Klang Valley. We’re looking for a committed and capable individual to join us as a hands-on Operational Partner. This is not a salaried job—it’s a partnership offer with 30% profit sharing on all operational contracts and assignments handled by you.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Source and secure security guard assignments (commercial, residential, events, etc.)
2. Manage deployment and scheduling of static guards
3. Ensure compliance with legal and licensing requirements
4. Handle client relationships, service quality, and field operations
5. Coordinate with HQ for recruitment, uniforms, and logistics

Ideal Candidate

• Net operational profit = Shared 70/30 (70% company, 30% partner)
