We are seeking a dynamic Partnership & Account Manager to identify, build, and manage strategic collaborations with resellers, corporate partners, and marketing affiliates. This role acts as a "farmer", nurturing existing partner relationships and continuously developing new partnerships to drive lead generation and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential resellers, affiliates, and corporate partners
Develop partnership proposals and onboarding plans
Work with marketing to execute joint campaigns or co-branded efforts that generate leads
Manage and nurture existing partners to maximize engagement, performance, and loyalty
Provide ongoing support, updates, and product knowledge to partners
Act as the main point of contact for all partner-related communication
Set and track KPIs for each partner channel (e.g. lead volume, sales conversion)
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, ops) to ensure partners are well-supported
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within current partnerships
Continuously analyze partnership performance and suggest improvements
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and potential collaboration angles
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Sales-driven mindset with a strategic view
Self-starter with excellent coordination and follow-through
Able to manage multiple partnerships with a structured approach

Experience in account management, partnerships, or B2B sales
Existing network in property, home improvement, energy, or tech sectors
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
