Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Partner Lab Support Engineer in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia. You will be the onsite engineering interface for customer validation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving qualification activities to ensure delivered solutions meet specifications.

The role requires a BSEE/BSCE or equivalent and 2–5 years in DRAM product design or validation, with strong communication and analytical skills to support rapid issue resolution and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• BSEE / BSCE or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in DRAM Product, Design, Validation, or related engineering areas.
• Excellent time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with and driving multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite engineering interface for enabler and customer validation and qualification engagements.
• Align test strategies with joint validation expectations from key enablers and customers.
• Lead technical debugging and root cause analyses and communicate findings to stakeholders.
