Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.

The Partner Growth & Agility Associate - Account Management's primary responsibility is to ensure that Expedia Group's lodging product in their assigned market is competitive, attractive, and relevant for our fast-growing global customer base. In doing so, the Partner Growth & Agility Associate will also work with Expedia Group's lodging partners to help them improve their marketing potential within our marketplace.

This role is the foundation of our Centralized Hub for Account Management & Performance. The team ensures that our lodging partners can effectively, efficiently, and throughout the year, reach Expedia Group's full global traveler demand.

In this role, you will:
  • Make phone-based contact with our partners to help them succeed
  • Leverage Expedia Group's toolkit to increase the customers they attract on our platform
  • Support new partners to ramp up and sustain their hotel revenue and market share
  • Manage a portfolio of lodging partners, providing support and guidance across all aspects of their business with Expedia
  • Develop and implement partner success strategies aligned with Expedia's objectives
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights
  • Address partner concerns proactively, ensuring timely resolution
  • Inform partners about new features, programs, and initiatives
  • Represent partner needs within Expedia, ensuring their voices are heard
  • Contribute to partner satisfaction surveys
  • Empower partners with knowledge and resources for success
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance strategies
Experience and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Native proficiency in Tagalog and English; additional languages are a plus
  • 1-3 years in hotel sales, revenue management, account management, inside sales, or business development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet targets and strategic objectives
  • Interest in technology and data-driven analysis
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills
