The Partner Growth & Agility Associate - Account Management's primary responsibility is to ensure Expedia Group`s lodging product in their assigned market remains competitive, attractive, and relevant for our global customer base. Additionally, the role involves working with lodging partners to enhance their marketing potential within Expedia Group's marketplace.

This role is foundational to our Centralized Hub for Account Management & Performance, ensuring lodging partners can effectively reach Expedia Group's global demand throughout the year.

In this role, you will:
  • Make phone-based contact with partners to support their success
  • Use Expedia Group's toolkit to attract more customers to our platform
  • Support new partners in ramping up and maintaining hotel revenue and market share
  • Manage a portfolio of lodging partners, providing support across all aspects of their partnership
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with Expedia's objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
  • Address partner concerns promptly and effectively
  • Inform partners about new features, programs, and initiatives
  • Represent partner needs within Expedia
  • Contribute to partner satisfaction surveys
  • Empower partners with knowledge and resources for success
  • Stay informed on industry trends to refine strategies

Experience and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Native proficiency in Korean and English; Mandarin is a plus
  • 1-3 years in hotel sales, revenue management, account management, inside sales, or business development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet targets and strategic objectives
  • Interest in innovative technology and data-driven analysis
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills
