  Handle complex and high-value land disputes, regularly advising leading property developers in Malaysia, with a strong focus on land law and town planning strategies.

  Manage a diverse portfolio of civil litigation matters.
• 
  
  Conduct thorough legal research and provide detailed analysis across various areas of law to support case strategy and client advisory.
• 
  
  Advise clients on their legal rights, obligations, and procedural options with a practical and solution-focused approach.
• 
  
  Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents with precision and attention to risk management.
• 
  
  Appear and advocate independently in hearings and trials before both the High Court and Subordinate Courts.

The Successful Applicant

  Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a valid Practising Certificate with at least 7 to 12 years of relevant experience.

  Demonstrates strong abilities in legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy.
