Job Title
Partner Account Manager
Job Description
  • Capture and understand Partners’ business model, ecosystem, and value proposition.
  • Orchestrate and lead Philips & Partner resources to achieve strategic objectives as specified and agreed in the Partner joint business plan, including strengthening Partner capabilities.
  • Ensure Partners are equipped with skills, capabilities, tools, and understanding of Philips processes & strategies to maximize profitable growth.
  • Engage with Partners’ sales teams and internal Philips resources on strategic and complex sales opportunities.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of Sales and Service Partners, and develop action plans to enhance their capabilities as part of the Go-to-Market Strategy.
  • Drive and manage Partner results, particularly OIT and Sales growth, aligned with market development for equipment and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysia market dynamics, cultural practices, and business landscape.
  • Proficiency in identifying growth opportunities and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address partner concerns and challenges.
  • Ability to forecast sales trends and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.



Working Style:
