Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Sales Associate Takaful situated in Kota Bharu, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate Takaful will be responsible for promoting and selling Takaful products, identifying customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client information. The role also involves networking, attending training sessions, and staying updated with industry developments to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including promoting and selling products, identifying customer needs, and providing exceptional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and managing sales activities
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of Takaful products and the financial industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital tools and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related fields is an advantage
Job Roles:
- Participating in activities to procure Takaful business opportunities.
- Evaluate business or individual’s needs and propose suitable financial products.
- Engaging with customers to provide insurance and financial consultation.
- Follow up on the customer's requests and policy servicing.
- Sustain relationships for continuous business opportunities and referrals.
- Customer base will be provided by the company.
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree with 1 year work experience or
- Sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Has own transport.
- Willing to explore beyond your comfort zone.
