Collinz Education Group is seeking passionate and reliable Part-Time Tutors to join our growing team across primary, secondary, IGCSE and A-Level programmes. Qualifications

• A relevant qualification, especially a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Teaching or tutoring experience in the subjects and levels applied for.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Experience with Cambridge or other international curricula is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to the relevant syllabus, student level and learning needs.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and practice activities that strengthen understanding and encourage active participation.
• Prepare students for assessments and examinations through revision and practice.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Maintain attendance and progress records and communicate professionally with students, parents and the centre team.

Collinz Education Group is looking for passionate and reliable Part-Time Tutors to join our growing team across our primary, secondary, IGCSE and A-Level programmes.

With opportunities at our Subang Jaya and Bandar Botanic, Klang centres, as well as online, this role is ideal for educators seeking a rewarding part-time teaching opportunity with a consistent, agreed schedule.

You will help students strengthen their subject knowledge, build confidence and develop the skills they need to achieve their academic goals.

Tutor rates: RM45–RM130 per hour, depending on student level and class size.

Available Teaching Positions

Applicants may apply for one or more subjects based on their expertise.

Mathematics: Years 7–11

Mathematics and Science: Years 1–6

Further Mathematics: A-Level

Science: Years 7–9

Biology: A-Level

Science: Years 7–9

Biology: Years 10–11

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to the relevant syllabus, student level and learning needs.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and practice activities that strengthen understanding and encourage active participation.

Prepare students for school assessments, Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE and A-Level examinations, where applicable, through revision, past-paper practice and examination techniques.

Assess student progress, identify learning gaps and provide constructive feedback and targeted support.

Maintain accurate attendance and progress records, and communicate professionally with students, parents and the centre team.

Create a positive, supportive learning environment and conduct scheduled lessons punctually and consistently.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome educators who combine strong subject knowledge with a genuine commitment to student progress.

A relevant qualification, especially a bachelor’s degree or higher, will be an added advantage.

Teaching or tutoring experience in the subjects and levels applied for, with knowledge of the relevant syllabus and examination requirements.

Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt lessons to different learning needs.

Good organisational skills, including effective lesson preparation, student assessment.

Tutors seeking a long-term part-time teaching opportunity are encouraged to apply.

Experience with Cambridge or other international school curricula is an advantage.

Work Commitment & Flexible Schedule

Minimum commitment: 6 hours per week.

Flexible scheduling: Tutors may indicate their preferred available time slots. Class assignments will be arranged based on tutor availability and the centre's scheduling needs.

Teaching Schedule

Weekdays:
5:00 PM–7:00 PM and/or 7:15 PM–9:15 PM

Saturdays:
Available teaching slots between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM

Saturday classes at our centres are subject to classroom and timetable availability. Final teaching schedules will be agreed upon with the centre.
