OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Advising customers following our consulting code, maintaining the order and image of the product.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Advising customers
  • Greets customers, maintaining eye contact and smiling. Friendly and always available.
  • Identifies customers’ needs advising them and providing them a better shopping experience.
  • Follows up on the customers’ shopping experience and ensures sale is closed perfectly.
  • Knows how to manage alterations in order to offer better customer service.
  • Uses product knowledge (qualities and trends) to refute customers’ objections and/or to close sales.
  • Seeks customer loyalty ensuring a better shopping experience.
2. Maintaining the store image
  • Ensures that the store is in good shape, respecting the standards of the company’s image.
  • Supports the display changes in the store as appropriate, following the standards of the company’s image.
  • Incorporates new items in the store, following the visual merchandising criteria.
3. Providing support when receiving and replenishing products
  • Receives and rolls out products at the store when required.
  • Constantly replenishes products from store to stockroom.
  • Carries out any other merchandise management processes (packing overstock, changes in the organisation of the stockroom, etc.).
WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of fashion and trends
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays
