Job description

We're hiring a part-timer for our salad bar at One@Kent Ridge, with the intention of transitioning this role into a full-time position after six months, subject to performance. You'll be working as part of a team of three. After one year of consistent and reliable performance as a full-timer, you'll be eligible for a 10% share of outlet profits through our staff incentive program.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients (wash, cut, portion)
• Light cooking (boiling, making sauces)
• Handle raw items like vegetables and meats
• Assemble salad bowls and wraps to company standards
• Serve walk-in and delivery orders
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety SOPs
• Track inventory and restock supplies

Work Hours:

• 10am–2pm (part-timer), 10am-8pm (full-timer)
• Monday to Thursday + 1 weekend day (Friday included for full-timer)
• Expected start date: start of Sep
