Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service to all shoppers.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card payments.
• Stock shelves, ensure pricing is clear and displays are visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, including aisles and fitting rooms.
• Assist with displays and promotional setups as directed by management.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Follow store policies, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Support team members and assist with various store duties as required.
