Job summary

Panda Eyes Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our fashion retail team in Selangor. You will help create a welcoming store environment, keep displays neat, and assist customers with product information and recommendations.

The role emphasizes learning product selling points to boost sales, taking part in stock checks, and following managerial instructions to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fashion retail experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and able to communicate well with customers.
• Able to work on Friday and weekend, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday.
• Pleasant, well groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated salesperson.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping windows and surfaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Arrange and maintain product displays by ensuring all items are placed in the correct product sections and presented neatly.
• Restock display products when items are sold to maintain a full and tidy presentation.
• Assist customers by providing product information, making recommendations, and delivering friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
• Learn and understand key selling points of all products in order to communicate benefits clearly to customers and drive sales.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the management.
• Support general store operations including basic stock checking, stock take and following instructions from the superior.
