Muji Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Part Time Retail Assistant for our NU Empire store. You will deliver excellent customer service, help customers find products, and contribute to sales targets while maintaining store and storeroom cleanliness.

Key duties include assisting customers, handling POS transactions accurately, and participating in promotions. Weekend availability is preferred to support peak shopping times.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Retail Assistant to join our team at our retail outlet in NU Empire. As a Retail Assistant (Part Time), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in locating products, achieving sales targets, managing inventory levels, maintaining the retail outlet and storeroom cleanliness, performing POS and cashiering transactions accurately. Your contribution to achieving sales targets through active participation in promotional events and campaigns is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
• Previous experience as a Retail Assistant or similar role preferred but not mandatory
