Role Position

We are hiring a standby Teacher for our Kids’ Coding Class in Malaysia [On-site Job]

Branch Address: Senawang, Seremban

Role Description

This contract role at Timedoor involves assisting in teaching activities, including lesson preparation, student supervision, and classroom management. The position is on-site in Georgetown, where you will support parents and students as needed.

For kids, no coding fundamentals are required—only teaching experience or passion for teaching. For teens, basic coding knowledge, mainly JavaScript, is required. No teaching experience is necessary for teen teachers as special training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching programming to kids and teens
  • Reporting teaching results to parents
  • Offering programs based on student needs and skills
  • Collaborating with team members to improve teaching quality

Qualifications:

  • Experience with coding, especially JavaScript, Python, or LUA, preferred for teens
  • Teaching experience preferred for kids
  • Good communication skills for teamwork
  • Discipline, responsibility, and a passion for IT education

Working Schedule:

  • Wednesday to Friday: 7 PM - 9 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM - 3 PM

Contract Period:

  • Initial 3-month project-based contract, with potential extension based on performance
  • Opportunity for a one-year extension if the project continues
