Role Overview

Location: On-site at partner pharmacies in Melaka.

Schedule: Weekends & Public Holidays (Flexible shifts, 9 hours/day).

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + sales incentives.

You’ll Be the Face of Microbiome Gow!

• Engage pharmacy customers and introduce our probiotic supplement.
• Educate customers on gut health, gout prevention, and uric acid control.
• Drive trial and sales through friendly, persuasive interactions.

Key Responsibilities

???? Product Advocacy:

• Explain the science behind our probiotic’s benefits for gout.
• Conduct live demos and distribute free samples.
• Sales Support:
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets at assigned pharmacies.
• Assist pharmacists in restocking and merchandising.
• Feedback Collection:
• Report customer queries and market insights to our team.

Who We’re Looking For

Requirements:

• Education: SPM/Diploma or equivalent (Pharmacy/Health Science students encouraged!).
• Experience: Prior sales, customer service, or pharmacy assistant roles are a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is a bonus).
• Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about health/wellness.
• Basic understanding of gut health or nutrition (training provided).
• Must be based in Melaka and able to commute to partner pharmacies.
