Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music, Performing Arts, Event Management, Business Administration, Education, or another relevant discipline.
• Piano applicants must possess at least a recognized Grade 8 qualification or equivalent.
• Strong subject-matter expertise with the ability to teach both practical and theoretical concepts.
• Relevant teaching, coaching, training, or mentoring experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop structured lesson plans, learning outcomes, and assessments.
• Comfortable conducting on-site sessions in Cheras and managing selected responsibilities remotely.
• Professional, responsible, and committed to learner development.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and practical learning activities.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, learning outcomes, and assessments.
• Conduct classes, rehearsals, tutorials, or project-based sessions.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
