Job description

St. John Catholic School, Georgetown, KY, a pre-school to 8 th grade school, is hiring a part-time

math intervention teacher. This position works primarily with the students in the elementary

grades and specifically with grades 3-5. This teacher will work with the intervention team to

evaluate the math needs of students. The full range of instruction will be utilized as best

determined by the team and may include classroom instruction, pull-outs, small groups, and one-

on-one student intervention as needed to build confidence and math proficiency. The ideal

candidate is looking to work in a fast-paced environment, centered on Christ’s presence, with

engaging students. All teaching Ranks from the Commonwealth of Kentucky will be considered.
