Job summary

Coach is seeking a Part Time Coffee Barista to join our Mitsui Cafe in Sepang. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare drinks, and keep the workspace clean and well-stocked. You will also contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in food & beverage, a passion for specialty coffee, and strong communication. Training is provided, with a high-energy team focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage preparation.
• Background in specialty coffee is an added advantage.
• Passion for coffee and ability to tell stories about the beans.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, taking orders, and handling payments.
• Preparing drinks, grinding and brewing coffee, and serving items.
• Maintaining clean and stocked work and dining areas, and sanitizing equipment.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases and behind the counter.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
