Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning:
   • Design, prepare, and develop teaching materials.
   • Conduct classes, tutorials, and practicals.
   • Consult with students, invigilate, mark assessments.
   • Maintain high standards of teaching and effective learning.
2. Administration and Other Activities:
   • Participate in administrative activities related to teaching and examinations.
   • Contribute to student enrichment activities and school committees as needed.

Requirements

1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field from a recognized university; a Master's degree is preferred.
2. Experience in higher education, with a track record in teaching, curriculum development, coaching, mentoring, and presentation skills.
3. Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including effective use of IT technologies in teaching; familiarity with software integration is preferred.
