Responsibilities

• Assist senior researchers in conducting experiments and research activities according to established protocols and procedures.
• Prepare laboratory materials, solutions, and equipment for experiments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and results, including data entry and organization.
• Contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and technical documentation under the guidance of the R&D team.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of research projects and meet project timelines.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Provide general administrative support to the R&D department as needed, such as managing supplies and scheduling meetings.
