Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 3 credits in SPM.
• Interested in investments, personal finance and retirement planning.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to manage time effectively alongside existing commitments.
• Comfortable meeting people and building professional relationships.
• Willing to take initiative in developing a client network.
• Must fulfil applicable examination, registration and regulatory requirements before undertaking regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Connect with individuals interested in investment and retirement planning.
• Needs Assessment: Understand clients’ financial objectives, risk profiles and investment time horizons.
• Investment Solutions: Introduce suitable unit trust and PRS solutions based on clients’ needs.
• Networking: Build a client network through personal connections, referrals, social media and other outreach activities.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships and provide appropriate follow-up and service.
• Learning & Development: Participate in training and examination preparation to develop the knowledge required for the role.
• Professional Conduct: Follow applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.
