Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused associate to ensure a friendly and professional shopping experience. You will help manage daily store operations, maintain stock levels, and perform cashier duties while promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card.

The role values strong communication, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Malaysian citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM requirement.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong drive and excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Malaysian citizenship is required.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry is an added advantage.
