Job summary

A leading retail pharmacy chain in Malaysia is looking for a service-oriented individual to provide excellent customer service in their Kuala Lumpur location. The role includes managing shop operations, acting as a cashier, and advocating for the Watsons VIP Member Card. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be able to work flexible hours, and may benefit from experience in the health or retail pharmacy sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM is required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Experience in the health or retail pharmacy industry is an advantage.

4. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
5. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
6. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
7. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
