Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver friendly, professional service and ensure smooth shop operations. You will help maintain stock levels, assist customers, and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card at the checkout.

The role suits individuals with good communication, interpersonal skills, and energy. Shifts include weekends and public holidays; prior health/retail pharmacy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM.
• Required languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong drive and excellent communication.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills; adaptable and result oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy level.
• Malaysian citizenship is required.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry is a plus.
