Job summary

AS Watson Group in Selangor is seeking a customer-focused shop assistant to join our Watsons store. You will handle cashier duties, promote the VIP Member Card, and help maintain an orderly, well-stocked shop.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the energy to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a health/retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM or equivalent.
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong drive and excellent communication.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing, positive, high energy.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy is an advantage.

3. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
4. Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
3. Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
4. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
5. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
6. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
7. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
8. Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.
