Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is hiring for a cashier role to deliver friendly customer service and manage daily shop operations in Malaysia. The position involves handling cashier duties and promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card, with emphasis on strong communication and customer engagement.

Candidate should be able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and possess good interpersonal skills. Prior health/retail pharmacy exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM.
• Languages Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy.
• Malaysian citizen.

5. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
