Job summary

Watson's Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. seeks a part-time Customer Assistant for IOI Mall, Senai. You will deliver friendly, professional service, assist customers, operate the shop efficiently and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Responsibilities include cashier duties and promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card, with an emphasis on excellent communication. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens, able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English.

• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry is an added advantage.

Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.

Efficient organization and operation of the shop.

Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.

Education & Experience:

Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.

Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.

Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.

Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
