Platform Development & UX Design
- Develop and refine the E-Learning platform brief and wireframe.
- Guide the structure, content flow, and user experience to ensure an intuitive learning journey.
- Ensure alignment with branding, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
Coordination with Vendors & Internal Teams
- Act as the main liaison between the internal team and external vendor.
- Align platform design and functionality with organizational objectives.
- Review platform prototypes and provide feedback on UX/UI, navigation, and flow.
Quality Assurance & Optimization
- Conduct at least three quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure high standards.
- Ensure learning modules are optimized for digital learning (layout, interactivity, engagement).
- Monitor progress, flag issues, and propose solutions for improvement.
Content Management & Uploads
- Assist in reviewing and uploading finalized content to the platform.
- Ensure content is properly formatted, structured, and aligned with best digital learning practices.
Project Tracking & Stakeholder Engagement
- Attend weekly check-in meetings with the internal team and vendor.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and overall project timelines.
- Ensure project execution stays within scope, budget, and deadlines.
