JOB PURPOSE:

  • Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager keeping a basic image of the area (folding anddisplaying)
  • Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods
  • Ensure that good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor when required and ensure that the Cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.
  • Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality services either face to face or over the telephone
  • Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging the stockroom efficiently
  • Continually develop stocks knowledge and promotions throughout the store.

Standards Compliance

  • Ensures employees are knowledgeable and always updated on SOPs
  • Implements store self-assessment audits/reviews internal audit reports and devise action plans with the wider management team ensuing that actions are delivered Health and Safety
  • To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an accident happens
  • To be aware of the risks of employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Previous fashion retail experience and/or excellent customerservice experience preferred
  • Love/and or passion for fashion
  • Articulate and good communication skills
  • Energetic &enthusiastic
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative & self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
