Job description

1. General

Passionate about our products & brand to provide excellence in customer service at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.

2. Product

  • Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment.
  • Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns).
  • Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of the premium fashion industry.
  • Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the needs of the business.
  • Willingness to constantly learn & develop.
  • Perceptive of customer needs.
