Role Description

This is a Part-Time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at PcVue Asia Pacific located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone etiquette, and assisting with communication. The role will also involve executive administrative assistance and clerical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare shipments and arrange outgoing shipments
  • Prepare Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices
  • Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing and reordering supplies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Willingness to learn and explore
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in English and Malay
  • Friendly and easy to mingle with colleagues
