Qualifications

  • LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications for Account Executive.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience for Conveyancing Clerk.
  • Must have good communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile office and client accounts monthly.
  • Assist lawyers with legal documents for Conveyancing.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements.

Responsibilities
  • PART TIME ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
    • Maintaining and reconciling office and client accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records
    • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and vouchers
    • Maintain accurate general ledger records in accordance with accounting standards
    • Prepare monthly journal entries, adjustments, and closing entries
    • Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
    • Prepare annual account auditing and liaise with external auditor
    • To liaise with external auditors for statutory and other audits as required. Coordinate with tax agents on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • CONVEYANCING CLERK
    • Assisting lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents
    • Experienced in handling SPA sub-sale documentation
    • Positive working attitude with the good interpersonal skills
    • Willing to learn
Qualifications and Requirements
  • PART TIME ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
    • LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
    • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite; candidates with experience in Autocount/SQL accounting software are added advantages
    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • CONVEYANCING CLERK
    • At least 1- or 2-years’ experience
    • Must have good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
    • Must be willing to learn and self-motivated to improve
    • Must have positive working attitude and able to work in a team
