Responsibilities

PART TIME ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
- Maintaining and reconciling office and client accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and vouchers
- Maintain accurate general ledger records in accordance with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly journal entries, adjustments, and closing entries
- Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Prepare annual account auditing and liaise with external auditor
- To liaise with external auditors for statutory and other audits as required. Coordinate with tax agents on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations

CONVEYANCING CLERK
- Assisting lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents
- Experienced in handling SPA sub-sale documentation
- Positive working attitude with the good interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn
Qualifications and Requirements

PART TIME ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
- LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite; candidates with experience in Autocount/SQL accounting software are added advantages
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

CONVEYANCING CLERK
- At least 1- or 2-years’ experience
- Must have good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Must be willing to learn and self-motivated to improve
- Must have positive working attitude and able to work in a team
