TIMES24 MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a capable operations supervisor to manage day-to-day car park activities and lead a team.

You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain service standards, and coordinate with landlords, building managers and customers. Strong communication in Malay and English is essential, with a willingness to travel within the region. You will monitor manpower, provide on-the-job training, and prepare regular reports while supporting business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken).
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day car park operations.
• Support daily operations activities.
• Sustain and improve car park staff image.
• Conduct manpower planning and allocate resources for the car park.
• Coach staff on performance and conduct on-the-job training.
• Ensure service delivered to customers meets expectations.
• Build rapport with Landlord/Building Manager/Customer.
• Conduct market research and explore business opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
• Handle other tasks assigned by management.
