A leading company in parking management seeks an Operation Supervisor to oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with operational experience. Assist the Manager / Supervisor in the daily operation of the parking management system.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure the parking lot and signboards are in proper order.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on matters concerning parking management systems.
Promptly address and handle complaints related to parking from the public, and submit a report to authorities.
Coordinate with authorities /contractors regarding the parking management systems.
Responsible for training and supervising employees on day-to-day operations, coordinating and overseeing the scheduling and work of shift employees, and coordinating with enforcement.
Handling customer service issues, resolving customer queries, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met at all times.
Establishing and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and standards related to the operation of the department, maintaining accurate operating procedures, and preparing periodic reports regarding parking lot operations and revenues.
Performing other related duties as assigned, ensuring appropriate staff appearance, issuing citations, helping with special parking projects, installing parking and signboards, and maintaining relevant records.
Performing any ad-hoc task assigned by Management or Superior.
Ensure compliance with all procedures established by the company.
Requirements:
Diploma and Degree or any relevant education background.
2 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor is required, along with experience in supervising.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and good verbal and written communication skills as required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant software applications. Familiar with customer support tools and systems is an advantage.
Driving / Motorcycle license.
Must be able to work 5.5 days
