Job Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers in preparing loan agreements.
• Support lawyers with compliance-related tasks, including client turnaround time tracking.
• Organize and maintain case files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system.
• Liaise with clients and external parties on administrative matters.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the banking legal team.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support legal proceedings.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document preparation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
