Job Responsibilities

1. Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, court filings, and case materials
2. Organize and maintain accurate and confidential case files
3. Maintain a proper filing system
4. Manage diaries and keep track of due dates and hearing schedules
5. Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties on case matters
6. Provide administrative and clerical support to the litigation team
7. Ensure timely submission of legal documents and manage deadlines
8. Perform other duties as required to support litigation proceedings

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Bachelor’s Degree, or Diploma in a related field
2. Experience in a legal setting is an advantage, but not mandatory
3. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document preparation
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
6. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
