Paralegal / Legal Clerk!
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, manage and organize all legal documents, files and correspondences, ensuring accuracy and efficient retrieval.
- Handle the full cycle of document processing and follow up on pending matters.
- Assist with basic legal research, primarily retrieving specific legal precedents or regulations as directed.
- Prepare, proofread and format various legal documents, including letters, notices and correspondences.
- Support legal team in preparing and managing compliance checklists and routine reporting requirements.
Job Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with legal tech platform is a plus.
- Proactive and a willingness to learn about property development legal processes.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a law firm or in-house legal department.
