Job Description

• To assist the partners / senior lawyers in attending the legal due diligence.
• To assist the partners / senior lawyers in preparing and drafting of agreement/submission documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• LLB degree / CLP or other equivalent qualification
• Possess sound knowledge of the Companies Act and Listing Requirements and other corporation and securities laws
• Must have a keen eye for details
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Must have a good attitude, hardworking and be a team player
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Able to take instructions from partners and senior lawyers
