Responsibilities

- Assist Australian lawyers with preparing standard litigation documents, primarily related to debt recovery and winding-up matters.
- File litigation documents online as per Australian legal procedures.
- Communicate effectively with Australian lawyers to clarify tasks and ensure accuracy in document preparation.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output.
- Report directly to the partner in Australia.
- Work remotely from Malaysia as an independent contractor under a yearly renewable contract.

Requirements

- Must possess a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree.
- Preferably has exposure to litigation, either through internships or paralegal work, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to long-term engagement in this role.
- Ability to adapt to remote work, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with the Australian team.
