Job summary

Danone Malaysia is seeking an IT & Data Engineer focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) with 5+ years in cybersecurity and IAM. You will operate, enhance, and support the global PAM service, ensuring secure, auditable privileged access across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Reporting to the Global PAM Manager, you will collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, OT and Application teams to onboard systems, automate processes, and uphold governance and Danone's cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Services, or Security Operations.
• Hands-on PAM technical ability with a cybersecurity mindset.
• Experience supporting enterprise security or identity services.
• Experience managing privileged, administrative, or service accounts.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Privileged Access Management Services across Danone's global environment.
• Support enterprise PAM deployment and onboarding of new platforms.
• Support Tier-0 security operations and protection of critical assets.
• Drive governance, compliance, and audit readiness for privileged access.
• Improve service efficiency and automation within PAM.
