Qualifications

• Five (5) years of working experience in Palm Oil Mill industry.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of palm oil mill operations including management, planning, controlling, leading, organizing and managing people to ensure operations run smoothly and cost-effectively.
• Deliver and monitor mill KPIs (OER, KER, oil losses, etc.).
• Plan, organize, implement and control mill processing and maintenance.
• Prepare budgets and control mill expenditures for maximum profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain MSPO certification.
